Sandwich Panel Lifter DS 550 STANDARD
The DS 550 STANDARD is a battery-powered vacuum lifter designed for single-operator installation of wall and roof sandwich panels with PIR, PUR, and Mineral Wool cores. With a load capacity of 600 kg and an adjustable beam spanning panels from 3.5 m to 16 m, it eliminates the need for slings or mechanical clamps that can delaminate panel edges. The 90° tilt mechanism allows seamless switching between horizontal roof installation and vertical wall cladding without detaching the load. Used by cladding contractors and construction companies across Europe and the USA.
