1. Your GDPR Rights

As an individual, you have the following rights concerning the personal data we process (e.g., data submitted via our contact form or processed via Google Analytics):

• The Right to Rectification: You have the right to request that we correct any information you believe is inaccurate or complete information you believe is incomplete.
• The Right to Erasure ("Right to be Forgotten"): You have the right to request that we erase your personal data, under certain conditions (e.g., when the data is no longer necessary for the purposes it was collected).
• The Right to Restrict Processing: You have the right to request that we restrict the processing of your personal data, under certain conditions.
• The Right to Object to Processing: You have the right to object to our processing of your personal data, particularly in the context of direct marketing (which we do not engage in) or legitimate interests.
• The Right to Data Portability: You have the right to request that we transfer the data that we have collected to another organization, or directly to you, under certain conditions.

2. How to Exercise Your Rights

We have made it as simple as possible to exercise your rights. Because we do not use user accounts, any data requests are handled directly by our team.

What to include in your email:

1. State the right you wish to exercise in the subject line (e.g., "GDPR Request: Right to Erasure").
2. Provide the email address you used when contacting us so we can locate your data.
3. Briefly explain your request.

3. Our Response Time

We will acknowledge your request promptly and aim to fulfill it within 30 days of receipt, free of charge, as mandated by the GDPR.

4. Lodging a Complaint

If you believe that our processing of your personal data infringes data protection laws, you have the legal right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority responsible for data protection in your country of residence, place of work, or the location of the alleged infringement.

In Poland, the supervisory authority is the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych - UODO).
