Flexible Workshop Solutions

Mobile & Portable
Jib Cranes

Full flexibility without foundations. Move your lifting station anywhere in the production hall. Perfect for servicing multiple workstations or temporary lifting points.

Why choose a Mobile Jib Crane?

Traditional cranes require expensive foundations and are permanently fixed to one spot. Mobile Jib Cranes offer the freedom to transport the crane via forklift or their own chassis to any location in your factory.

  • Zero Installation Costs - No chemical anchors or concrete foundations needed.
  • Full Mobility - Move with a forklift or manual pallet struck handle.
  • Immediate Use - Ready to work moments after positioning.

Mobile Base

Integrated counterweight base allows stable lifting (up to 500kg) without bolting to the floor.

Counterweight

Concrete or steel ballast ensures stability and safety according to EN standards.

Questions about Mobile Cranes

Do I need to bolt it to the floor?
No. Mobile jib cranes rely on an integrated counterweight (ballast) for stability. This allows them to be used anywhere on a flat, solid industrial floor without any drilling or foundations.
How do I move the crane?
Smaller units feature a manual handle and wheels (like a pallet truck). Larger units (like the Mobile Jib 500kg) have forklift pockets, allowing you to easily pick up and transport the entire crane using a standard forklift.
Is it stable during lifting?
Yes. The design is rigorously tested and calculates the center of gravity to ensure stability at the rated load and outreach. However, lifting must always be performed when the crane is stationary and on level ground.
